Two-time Olympia 212 champion Keone Pearson has become a household name in bodybuilding as a whole. He is currently training to complete the three-peat at the 2025 Olympia and has shared physique updates to show his fans what to expect. During his most recent, Pearson looked insane during this stage of prep.

Pearson has emerged as a star in bodybuilding in a short amount of time. His pro career, beginning in 2016, started in Classic Physique before making the move to 212. He spent a few years in the division before going head-to-head and defeating Shaun Clarida. Pearson is now the new face of the 212 division after winning back-to-back Olympia titles.
Pearson became the youngest IFBB Professional bodybuilder from Georgia in just a year, and he reached the pinnacle of the sport in just a short time. Keone Pearson’s strong work ethic, which has been evident since childhood, has shaped his career. He won numerous competitions in his early stage, taking first place in the NPC Lee HaneyGames. Pearson also won the NPC Junior USA Championship and got his pro card.

Keone Pearson Shares Latest Physique Update

Keone Pearson shared a quick physique update hitting a front double bicep pose in the mirror in the gym.

Pearson has gained attention from plenty bodybuilding greats since his emergence. This includes Ronnie Coleman, who became one to speak out about Pearson’s potential in Men’s Open.
“He’ll win it. He will win it for sure. That’s how confident I am in him and I’m pretty sure he’s that confident in himself.”
Keone Pearson competed in the Classic physique division for a couple of years among some bodybuilding greats. He later pivoted to the Men’s 212 division, becoming a two-time Olympian winner in 2023 and 2024. He took the title from former winner Shaun Clarida, “The Giant Killer.” In the 2024 Mr. Olympia, Pearson came in with one of his best packages yet and dominated the scene.
