Kirvay earned his Pro Card in 2018 after winning Men’s Heavyweight and Classic Physique at the 2018 NPC Universe Championships. This was just his fourth bodybuilding competition and it did not take long for Kirvay to turn pro. Since 2018, he has only competed in one IFBB show and that was the 2020 Chicago Pro.
Kirvay then set his sights on powerlifting and he hopes to become one of the strongest men in the world. He is currently preparing to compete at the ABS Rumble 2 in San Diego on October 11. The Pro Bodybuilder will look to continue his run of PRs and take home a victory during the show.

Kyle Kirvay Crushes New PR Raw Deadlift
Kyle Kirvay stepped up to the weight and did not waste time once he got in his stance. The weight moved up easily, showing that Kirvay had even more in the tank. While he was excited to set a new PR, there could be more coming when he hits the stage in two weeks.
“Lifetime PR! 925 lbs / 420 kg. Conventional, beltless. 14 lbs away from the heaviest beltless deadlift of all time.”
In 2022, Kirvay competed in the 2022 USPA Battle of Atilis. He put together an incredible performance across the board and set the bar for future competitions.
During this show, Kirvay totaled 1,005kg (2,214lbs). He began with a 365kg (804lb) squat followed by a 275kg (606lb) bench press. Kirvay’s final lift was a 365kg (804lb) deadlift. All three individual lifts and his total was good enough to set New Jersey State Records. This was Kirvay’s debut in powerlifting and he made his return back in 2024. Kirvay set a new u140kg raw total world record during the show. This helped put Kirvay on the map in powerlifting and he continues to climb.
Kyle Kirvay has been setting new PRs in many lifts while training. It is clear that he has plans for the ABS Rumble 2 and fans could see some big things during the show.
