Larry Wheels Gives Update On TRT Usage, Says “Strength And Mood Haven’t Fluctuated”

Larry Wheels recently gave another update on his strength and mood during his TRT stage.

Larry Wheels has been giving updates on his use of testosterone replacement therapy. Wheels has completely stopped using PEDs and has been tracking his progress. To this point, Wheels has not seen any changes in strength or mood.

Wheels quickly turned into one of the most popular powerlifters in the world. He has competed as a bodybuilder and even dabbled in arm wrestling as well. Wheels was prepared to compete during the Middle East’s Strongest Man competition this year but he suffered a back injury that put it on hold.

In April, Wheels decided to get his heart checked out by a doctor after using steroids for over a decade. From that moment on, Wheels decided to get off the substances and take on a new challenge. During his time on TRT, Wheels has seen a physique transformation and gave another update.

Larry Wheels: “I Don’t See Any Necessity To Go On A Blast Again”

Larry Wheels has shared physique updates on Instagram for fans to see. He looks downsized but maintains a shredded physique. In a recent YouTube video, Wheels sat down with “Joesthetics” to provide some more information.

“I don’t know if you guys may or may not know by now, but I have completely stopped taking PEDs aside from TRT which is testosterone replacement therapy. I’m on 175 milligrams a week. I’m approximately seven to eight weeks off of a cycle. My goals, my plans for long term, as of right now, I don’t see any necessity to go on a blast again,” Wheels said.

“I intend on staying on TRT for the long run.”

Larry Wheels continued to discuss how the TRT usage has impacted different parts of his health. This includes his training, mood, and strength.

“Libido, sleep, linear progress, things were just more consistent when I was pinning every day. When I’m pinning every four days, however, I don’t feel a significant difference with my libido, my mood, my training, my strength, my weight isn’t fluctuating.”

During his time on stage as a bodybuilder, Wheels was taking Insulin and this was viewed as a must-take substance. According to Wheels, it was one of two drugs that gave him a serious pump.

“When I was competing in bodybuilding it was mandatory that I was taking Insulin. I remember when I started working with my coach, he prescribed me Insulin and Growth Hormone. I believe it was pre and post workout, I was taking about eight to 16 units, depending on what I was training.”

There’s only two things I’ve ever taken that gave me a truly skin-splitting pump and that would be Insulin and IGF-1.”

At this point, Wheels does not have any plans of going back on PEDs and will continue to work with TRT.
