Liver King is onto a new stage where he is being transparent about his steroid use.
Liver King turned into an extremely controversial figure on social media following the lies around his steroid use. Now, he is introducing yet another version of himself, called Liver King 3.0, where he is going to be open and honest about his supplement use.
In November 2022, Derek from More Plates More Dates exposed emails proving that Brian Johnson was indeed on steroids. After the allegations, Johnson made a video where he admitted the truth and apologized for misleading his fans. Since then, he has not slowed down in the gym or moving around spreading his word.

“So put a little growth hormone in each of the fibers that I want to synergize and make it concise. Compress all of it, that pure f*cking goodness into one.”
In September 2023, Johnson shared an initial update once he went back on growth hormone after allegedly being natural. He admitted to losing strength and over 20 pounds but began taking it, along with testosterone, once again.
Liver King Talks 3.0 Version
Johnson shared a post on Instagram explaining his use of growth hormone and what it does for him. He expressed interest in being honest throughout the entire process.

In the video, Johnson showed himself shooting growth hormone into his shoulders. He also spoke on his insecurities growing up about his height at 5-foot-7.
“Liver King 3.0 is the holy trinity of the truth. And the truth is, I wasn’t taking growth hormone back then but I was putting a needle in my arm a couple of times.”
Many fans in the comment section remain skeptical because of his past events but Liver King vows to be open and honest about his steroid use, claiming he is not on any.
“I’m not taking no steroid. I’d love to share a blood test if anyone would like to know. The truth is just the truth.”
