Marc Lobliner Shares Myo Rep Training

Marc Lobliner believes that Myo rep training is a beneficial way for experienced lifters to break through plateaus and gain even more size, allowing you to put on more muscle mass and strength.

“Start with a set of 8-15 reps right up to failure. Rest for 5 breaths. Then perform 2-3 mini-sets of 3 reps each, with 5 breaths rest in between.

Perfect for experienced lifters looking to break plateaus.”

This method of lifting is most beneficial by performing the first set to failure followed by reps with a smaller amount of reps. This method will go a long way in helping to gain more muscle.
