Fitzwater continues to improve each time he takes the stage. Many believed that he brought his best to the 2024 Olympia and was able to make a big jump into the top four. He began a busy 2025 season by competing against a stacked lineup in the Pittsburgh Pro, where he finished third. During the 2025 Olympia, Fitzwater returned to the top four but remained behind Dauda. He got his rematch in Prague and Fitzwater earned a surprise victory over the former Olympia champion. This marked his second consecutive victory during the Prague Pro. In 2024, Fitzwater officially punched his ticket to the Olympia competition after defeating the likes of Chris Bumstead and Shaun Clarida at the EVLS Prague Pro.

Martin Fitzwater’s Full Day Of Eating

The full day for Martin Fitzwater includes a total of seven meals:

Meal 1

The first meal of the day is a high-protein breakfast to begin the day.

  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 250ml Egg Whites
  • Veggies

“There’s definitely no pizza in my diet right now. I’ll cook up two eggs over easy and use the yolk like a sauce.”

Meal 2

The second meal was pre-workout where Fitzwater wanted to make sure he included enough carbs to have energy for an intense workout. He mixed this all together in a pan because of the texture once it is finished.

  • 120g Elev8 Coconut Cream Pie
  • 2 scoops Bum Itholate Birthday Cake Protein Powder
  • 400-500g Water

“I like to make my cream of rice in a pan. I feel like it takes the same amount of time in the microwave and you don’t end up with a clunky mess.”

Meal 3

The third meal for Fitzwater came following his workout and was a protein shake.

  • 2 scoops Bum Itholate Rocky Road

“It’s absolutely delicious. This is probably in my top-five favorite flavors.”

Meal 4

Martin Fitzwater loaded his fourth meal with carbs and proteins, which is the trend of this day of eating.

  • 150g Ground Turkey
  • White Potatoes
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Garlic

“If you want you to be a good bodybuilder, learn how to cook and enjoy the food because as you guys see, my whole day is filled with eating.”

Meal 5

Fitzwater uses a simple meal for his fifth of the day. It is another easy way to fit in carbs throughout the day. He shared that he is on a plan that weighs meat raw before cooking.

  • 150g Ground Turkey
  • 7 Rice Cakes

“I just know what it weights cooked, but this is how I probably should do it, most days it’s like this.”

Meal 6

Fitzwater uses salt and pepper to season his chicken breast. Once he gets closer to the Olympia, he measures out the right amount of salt in meals.

  • 150g Chicken Breast
  • White Potatoes
  • Salt

“When I start measuring my salt and water for the Olympia prep, 10 cranks on this is exactly a gram.”

Meal 7

The final meal of the day is another protein shake, including coffee creamer for texture.

  • 2 scoops Bum Strawberry Shortcake Protein Powder
  • 30g Almond Butter
  • 100ml Water
  • 200ml Milk

“In the offseason, I’ll add a splash of coffee creamer if it goes with the flavor of protein, and it helps make it a little more creamy and it also gives it a little bit of sweetness.”
