Bodybuilder Nick Walker is preparing to hit the stage during the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro. He is in the midst of his prep for the show, which is about 10 weeks away, and has tailored his diet plan to this stage of prep. In this post, we detail the six-meal day routine by Nick Walker.

Despite being forced out of his last two Mr. Olympia appearances, Nick Walker is one of the most imposing and popular talents to shake up the Men’s Open class. He is currently preparing for a comeback at the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro on May 10-11, where his fate and future in the sport will be decided against a stacked lineup, which includes Martin Fitzwater.
Nick Walker’s Full Day Of Eating
Walker shared his latest diet plan during this stage of prep, which consists of six meals:
Meal 1
The day began with a large meal surrounding chicken and rice. Walker shared that this was a “high eating day” for him since he was training legs.

Meal 2
Walker’s second meal of the day mimicked the first and took place pre-workout. He explained that this is a typical meal before a workout. While working out, hitting legs on this day, Walker took his supplements consisting of Raw Pump Non-Stim, Carb Powder, and an EAA.

“We got our pre-workout meal here. This is basically what I have before training. That’s pretty much it, just some standard stuff.”
Meal 3
It was once again a similar meal for Walker following his workout. This time, he chose to have one of his MegaFit meals.

“I don’t get meals from MegaFit, I just get the bulk meat. So, we just got bison and chicken. I get everything plain, no salt or whatever, just plain chicken.”
Meal 4
Nick Walker moved onto a meal where he did not include fats. This was a clean protein meal without sauce or seasoning, which is common during prep.

“No fats with this meal. I don’t tend to use sauce or many seasonings when I’m in prep, very little if I crave it once in a while I’ll put some on but I tend to keep it as plain as possible.”
Meal 5
For the fifth meal, Walker broke open some more chicken and rice.

The final meal of the day came right before bed and he switched to bison in order to stay full throughout the night.
