Nick Walker Shares Full “High Day Of Food” Five Weeks Out Of 2024 Olympia

Nick Walker showed fans what he is eating leading up to the 2024 Olympia.

Nick Walker is preparing to take the stage during the 2024 Olympia. He has become an extremely controversial bodybuilder since his performance at the New York Pro but wants to bring his best-ever to the stage this year. The Olympia is five weeks away and Walker shared a full day of eating at this point of prep.

“We’re going to do a little home video today of exactly what I’m eating on a high day today. Strictly going to show you guys exactly what I eat all day. Nothing really too much extra.”

Walker was victorious during the New York Pro, which was his second career win during this event. He is now qualified for the Olympia and plans to bring his best package yet. All eyes will be on Nick Walker as he prepares for the 2024 Olympia. He believe that he would have been a contender in 2023 but suffered a hamstring injury that kept him off stage.

Walker shared his five meals that he is eating over the course of the day.

Nick Walker’s High Day Of Eating

Meal 1

The first meal of the day included a cream of rice with some chicken. Walker kept the video simple, strictly showing what he was eating over the course of the day.

  • Cream of rice
  • Peanut butter
  • Blueberries

“We’ll eat this, relax for a little bit, probably take a nap.”

Meal 2

Nick Walker turned on some motivational videos to eat his second meal of the day, which came before hitting the gym. This has become a common ritual for Walker to get prepared for his workout.

  • Megafit Chicken
  • Jasmine rice
  • Avocado
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Salt

“A preworkout ritual I guess. You eat your preworkout meal, you watch some motivational stuff, get you pumped, get you ready, and then you get your preworkout drink ready and leave.”

Meal 3

The third meal of the day came post-workout with Walker switching up to steak. After this meal, he planned on getting a massage, which has become a priority during this stage of his prep.

“We got the post-workout meal. Then I think I have Marlon coming by to do a little massage work. Being closer to the show, I do want to get body work a little more frequent.”

Meal 4

The fourth meal of the day was similar to those consumed previously.

  • Peanut butter
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt

Meal 5

The final meal of the day came at night as Walker threw on a movie. He spoke about his lack of physique updates and explains that this has been the plan all along. He wants to shock fans and judges at the Olympia.

  • String beans
  • Avocado
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt

“I’m purposely staying covered up this prep. I really don’t want to show too much. I kind of just really want to bring that shock value to the Olympia.”
