Just how good can Samson Dauda be? He has gained high praise from one of the all-time greats.

Ronnie Coleman put together the great bodybuilding dynasties of all-time so he knows a thing or two about how to maintain success. When asked about who could put together the next great dynasty, he highlighted Samson Dauda.

During his career, Coleman totaled eight Olympia wins, which is tied for the most all-time with Lee Haney. He built a physique that was insanely muscular with great conditioning. The Men’s Open legend battled some other greats onstage, highlighted by his well known rivalry with Jay Cutler. Since retiring, Coleman has created a successful social media platform because of his combination of entertainment and interaction with fans.

Aside from that, Coleman remains up to date with the current happenings in bodybuilding. This includes discussing future Olympia competitions and who has a chance to perform at the highest level.

Ronnie Coleman: “It’s Not Easy But Anything Is Possible”

Ronnie Coleman was featured on OlympiaTV for a recent conversation about the upcoming years of the Olympia competition. In the past, Coleman has stated that Derek Lunsford is his current favorite in Men’s Open. Despite this feeling, Coleman believes that Dauda has the best chance to build a dynasty.

“I think he could be the next Ronnie Coleman but he’s got to train like Ronnie Coleman and eat like Ronnie Coleman and do all the things that I did. So, it’s not going to be easy but anything is possible.”

To build a dynasty, this means it has to start somewhere. Dauda has not won his first title and will be in the mix once again this year. Coleman was asked about Lunsford retaining his title and believe he will but will not extend for years to come.

“I wouldn’t say dynasty. No, no, that’s not happening but I do think he’ll win again though. For sure.”

Ronnie Coleman won eight-consecutive Olympia titles in his prime and put in an incredible amount of work to do so. If Samson Dauda can do the same, he might be able to string victories together like the great Coleman.
