Samson Dauda Details Full Day Of Eating During Prep For 2025 Arnold Classic

Reigning Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda is preparing to take the stage at the 2025 Arnold Classic.

Samson Dauda is not taking much time to celebrate his Mr. Olympia title. Instead, he is preparing for his next appearance on stage, which will come during the 2025 Arnold Classic. Last week, Dauda shared a full day of eating during his bodybuilding prep for Columbus.

Dauda defeated both Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan, who were the last two Olympia champions, to win this year’s title. His rides to the top has been extremely quick and he wants to keep improving moving forward.

Samson Dauda Full Day Of Eating

Dauda’s full day of eating consisted of five meals and he shared that his intake is already getting smaller and smaller.

Meal 1

The first meal of the day was simple consisting of eggs and a protein shake. It will be all home-cooked meals for Dauda at this point.

  • 5 eggs
  • Grass Fed Whey Protein Shake

“Other than my ISO H1 I put in my shake in the morning and post-workout, that’s it. The rest of it is full-on food, home-cooked food.”

Meal 2

Dauda prepped his second meal of the day to take with him just in case of different delays. He added in a carb source along with his protein.

  • 350g Sweet Potatoes
  • 200g Steak

“I’m taking two meals with me because I’m not sure how much the length of time we’re going to be out is. Preparation is key to success.”

Meal 3

Samson Dauda’s third meal, which was pre-workout, was taken in while he was on the go. This was the reason he prepped two meals just in case he had to eat.

  • 300g Pasta
  • 180g Ground Beef

“I can roughly guess but just in case we get any delays, I’ll have one of my meals with me just in case.”

Meal 4

The fourth meal of the day was post workout. Dauda kept it simple once again with chicken and rice. He shared that he was very hungry at the time of this meal. This is because of less food being eaten over the course of the day.

  • 250g Chicken
  • 1 ½ cups White Rice

“I’m starving already, I’m hungry. I’m going to have that, last two meals of the day. THis is one, one more after this then heading to bed.”

Meal 5

The final meal of the day came before bed and it was the same as meal four.

  • 250g Chicken
  • 1 ½ cups White Rice

“That’s our last meal of the day at this point. That is pretty much all our meals for the day as it is. Obviously, we’re changing the sizes as we get closer and closer to the show.”
