Samson Dauda officially has his own personal gym to build a championship physique moving forward.
Olympia champion Samson Dauda has been busy this offseason. He recently competed at the Arnold Classic and continues to train to defend his title at the end of the year. On top of all of that, Dauda opened up his own private gym and shared it on social media this week.

Dauda is coming off a second-place finish at the 2025 Arnold Classic. It was a loaded field in Men’s Open and former champion Dauda was looking to regain his title and stay on top of the bodybuilding world after the Olympia. He finished as the runner-up to Derek Lunsford in what was the premiere battle of the night. This sets up an exciting battle once again on the Olympia stage at the end of the year.
Samson Dauda Shares New Private Gym
Dauda took to Instagram on Wednesday to share pictures from his new gym. He now joins other UK bodybuilding greats, such as Flex Lewis and Ryan Terry, to start up a gym. Dauda worked with many people to get this project done and he stated that in his caption.
“And here we go…my personal private gym up and running 🔥
A very big thank you to @cimerian_official for not only supply and fitting the entire gym with all the equipment I’ll ever need, but also helping me through the process of getting to this stage.”
“And a special thank you to Pete, the owner of @100.gym and his son, it’s not every day you connect with someone, who will go above and beyond to help you to achieve your dream but now I also call you a true friend 🧡 thank you both…for everything 🙏🏾”
Samson Dauda will now continue to focus on the Olympia. Following the Arnold, Dauda shared that he will take a short hiatus from competition to prepare for the Olympia. Dauda appeared on stage in Brazil in March as a guest poser to show off his progress.
Dauda did not share his body weight at the time of the posing session but he has typically hovered around 300 pounds. He has gone as high as 320, as far as we know, but it does not look like he was that high on stage over the weekend. What we do know is that Dauda has never been shy about hitting poses and showing off his physique, whether it is as a guest or during the Olympia press conference.
We will not see Dauda on a competitive stage until the Olympia but we do know that he will bring his absolute best to the most important show of the year.
