Shaun Clarida To Announce Official Decision On Division For 2022 Olympia On Wednesday

Shaun Clarida 2022 Olympia

Shaun Clarida will officially decide between Men’s Open and 212 for the 2022 Olympia.

Shaun Clarida is currently qualified in two separate divisions for the 2022 Olympia. He will not be able to compete in both Men’s Open and 212 Bodybuilding so a decision will have to be made. On Wednesday, Clarida will officially announce his decision.

Clarida is one of the top bodybuilders in 212. He finished as the runner-up to Derek Lunsford at the Olympia in 2021 after securing the title in 2020. This marked his third consecutive top-three finish. Lunsford received a special invitation to compete in Men’s Open but Clarida qualified the old-fashion way.

In October 2021, Clarida decided to take a chance in Men’s Open. He won his first competition at the Legion Sports Fest and punched his ticket to the biggest show of the year. Now, he will have to decide on where he will compete come December.

“212 ⭕️LYMPIA or OPEN ⭕️LYMPIA

Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10AM EST, I will officially announce where I’ll be competing at the 2022 Mr. ⭕️lympia.”

It will be interesting to see if Shaun Clarida decides to try his hand at Men’s Open once again or decides to return to 212, where he has had great success over the years.

“*Will I go back to the 212 and be the 2nd Olympia Champ since @jaycutler to win back his title after losing it or will I mix it up with the big boys in the open and take out some more giants?”
