Wesley Vissers took one day to enjoy cheat meals.

Classic Physique bodybuilder Wesley Vissers announced that he will be taking a break from competition. During his break, Vissers decided to pack in 11,000 calories into a cheat day. Vissers shared what he ate and how his weight was impacted over the course of the day.

Vissers pulled off an upset, defeating Ramon Dino at the 2024 Arnold Classic, which was considered a major upset at the time, but fell down the scorecard at the Olympia. Vissers returned to Columbus to defend his Arnold title but ended up placing fifth.

Vissers earned his Pro Card in 2017 and won Mr. Golden Era that same year. Aside from that, he also has been on the Mr. Olympia stage on several different occasions, and being on that stage is one of the highest honors in the sport of bodybuilding. Standing tall at 6’2” and weighing from 216 lbs to 234 lbs, the physique that Vissers has crafted has earned him a lot of respect and popularity in the bodybuilding world.

Wesley Vissers 11,000-Calorie Cheat Day

Wesley Vissers weighed in at 115.7kg before the day began.

Meal 1

Vissers began his journey at Donutville where he got a chance to sample some of their best treat.

  • Whey Protein Shake
  • Honey Glaze
  • Cream-filled donut
  • Dutch crumb

Meal 2

Vissers then sat down for brunch after enjoying a Cinnabon. He was joined by his fiancee and crew, where they ordered a full table.

Meal 3

Vissers then went for lunch at the Turkish Village Restaurant. He went back to the well with some of his favorite carb-heavy foods but added some protein in there as well.

  • Balloon bread
  • Puffy hollow flatbread
  • Deboned chicken
  • Grilled vegetables
  • Golden rice

“I’m going to choose something protein rich because we have to have the protein for lunch as well. The lunch is going to be the least special. For now, we have to fill up our protein demands and get some more calories in.”

Meal 4

Wesley Vissers went to Dairy Queen for dinner and this was his first fast food experience outside of McDonald’s and In-N-Out. He went with the classics here and spoke on how easy it is to overeat.

  • Cheeseburger
  • Oreo Brownie Fudge Blizzard

“It’s so easy to overeat on fast food. It’s cheap and convenient but has a lot of calories.”

Meal 5

Vissers ended his day eight kilograms heavier than when he began. His final venture was to Krispy Kreme where he took down some original glazed doughnuts.
