The Dubai Pro will continue to follow the trend of increasing prize money.
The 2024 Dubai Pro is in the books and shortly after the competition ended, it raised the stakes for next year. On Monday, it was announced that the 2025 rendition of the Dubai Pro will hand out $500,000 in total prizes, which is the third highest total in the IFBB behind the Olympia and Arnold Classic.
The Dubai Pro featured four divisions in bodybuilding with some of the biggest names in the sport taking the stage. This includes former Olympia winners spread out across all divisions such as Breon Ansley and Erin Banks, along with 2019 runner-up William Bonac.
The goal of the IFBB Pro League has been for big-name competitors to take the stage more over the course of the year and raising overall payouts will act as persuasion.
“Exciting new developments are on the horizon next year.
More than 500,000 $$ for the winners
Stay tuned for more!”

It will be interesting to see if the Mr. Olympia makes an announcement at the 2024 Mr. Olympia competition later this year acknowledging Arnold Schwarzenegger’s increase in prize money. Perhaps we shall see a prize money war going into 2025. This, of course, will only benefit the athletes – and is a welcome growth for the sport as a whole. That is Arnold’s ultimate goal and it is clear that other shows are following suit.
