If you want to squeeze even MORE out of a set, try a dropset. This is when you slightly decrease in weight (20-30%) in order to get in a few more reps. If you’re feeling froggy throw a dropset in after your regular set, and then do a superset to end it off. We know you hate us, but your instagram will love us afterwards.
