It has been awhile since Blessing Awodibu took the bodybuilding stage but he has been hard at work to put on even more size. Over the summer, he shared a 7,000-calorie diet plan used during his bulk. On Sunday, Awodibu shared a physique update with his weight at 322 pounds.

Awodibu burst onto the scene in 2022 with victories during the 2022 New York Pro and 2022 Indy Pro in order to punch his ticket to the Olympia. Awodibu did not bring his best to the stage and dropped outside of the Top 15. Following the show, he withdrew his name from the 2023 Arnold Classic in order to make improvements.
Awodibu was last seen on stage in 2023, where he logged top-five finishes during the Chicago Pro and Flex Pro.
Blessing Awodibu’s Recent Physique Update
Awodibu added more size during his bulk and was able to bring his bodyweight up. Now, he will focus on cutting down and building that shredded physique needed to compete on stage.

Blessing Awodibu created an intense on-stage rivalry with Nick Walker during his prime. The two had multiple battles during the New York Pro and appeared on the same stage at the Olympia as well. Walker always held an upper hand but has missed the last two Olympia competitions himself.
Awodibu’s weight at 322 pounds is comparable to reigning Olympia champion Samson Dauda. By the look of the physique update, it is clear that Awodibu carries his weight differently. The overall size is there but Awodibu has to work to put it all together.
The ultimate goal for Awodibu seems to be cutting down now that his weight is well over 300 pounds. From there, he will decide what shows to do moving forward.
