Pro Bodybuilder Flex Lewis plans to improve his physique dramatically in 26 days by his 40th birthday.

Flex Lewis is a seven time 212 Mr. Olympia bodybuilding champion who remains up to date with all things in the sport. In a recent post, Lewis detailed how he also keeps up with his personal fitness and plans to become “the best version of me” over the next four weeks.

Lewis enjoyed great success on stage during his career that spanned over a decade. He was at the top of 212 Olympia, winning seven consecutive titles before calling it a career. In retirement, Lewis remains active in the fitness world. He opened Dragon’s Lair Gym in Las Vegas and has a successful podcast.

Lewis continues to train with some of the top fitness stars in the world. This includes bodybuilders who are preparing for shows of their own. Lewis announced his retirement from bodybuilding last year despite rumors that he might be interested in the Men’s Open division.

There might not be a return in the works but Lewis wants to continue to train and improve his physique. On Saturday, Lewis took to Instagram to share his plans to transform his physique moving forward.

Flex Lewis Plans To Transform Physique

Flex Lewis discussed his overall goal to get back to training and turn his physique into the best he can.

“I’ve set myself a challenge. 26 days I want to become the best version of me.

I eat the same sh*t over and over and over again. Four meals a day. Very little carbohydrates. As you can see from the starting point, this has only come from cardio. I haven’t missed a single da of cardio in the last several months.”

Lewis has missed time training but intends to get back into it. The seven-time Olympia champion has used the gym in many ways over the years and plans to do so once again.

“I haven’t even stepped foot in the gym. In the last two months, probably three times and two of them for YouTube. Shamefully, that was m outlet for two decades.

I always eat clean. I always respect the industry and the lifestyle that I live but having the half-assed workouts with no consistency, I was suffering from an outlet. In all truth, as much as I preach about mental health, I let my own take a backseat.”

Flex Lewis has built many impressive versions of himself and vows to make this one the best ever.
