4-Time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler Shares Insane Physique To Celebrate His 51st Birthday

4-Time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler has worked to improve his physique year-by-year.

Jay Cutler continues to keep his physique in top shape since his days on the competitive stage ended. As he celebrated his 51st birthday recently, four-time Mr. Olympia champion Cutler shared his latest physique update.

Cutler was part of one of the greatest bodybuilding rivalries in history with Ronnie Coleman. He ended Coleman’s streak of eight consecutive Olympia victories in 2006. He would win back-to-back titles before losing to Dexter Jackson in 2008. Cutler would rebound with two more victories in 2009-10.

Cutler relocated to California in 2000 to further his bodybuilding career, California was known for breeding bodybuilders, as they would train at the infamous Gold’s Gym. During the early 2000s, he signed endorsement deals with supplement brand MuscleTech and debuted his own line of athletic gear, Cutler Athletics. Throughout his career, Jay competed in dozens of competitions, winning nearly half of them or finishing in the top three.

Jay Cutler’s Latest Physique Update

After retiring without significant injuries or health issues, Cutler keeps an impeccable, admirable physique. Cutler just rounded up a Fit for 50 challenge where he successfully transformed his physique for his 50th birthday. In May, he shared that he was going to do the same for his 51st birthday and shared his progression.

Jay Cutler has tailored his workouts and diet plans to his currently goals. During his training days, Cutler believed getting all the food in daily was the hardest part. Cutler has spoken about his insanely-large meal plans over the course of his career in the past. This includes an abundance of protein and egg whites daily.

Cutler won the Mr. Olympia titles in 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010. A bicep injury prevented him from competing in the 2011 tournament and he officially retired from the sport in 2013. He now continues to run Cutler Nutrition and Cutler Athletics to spread his knowledge onto others so they too can see amazing results like he has.
