Larry Wheels is back to moving insanely heavy weight in the gym with an impressive shoulder press PR.

Larry “Wheels” William has tailored his physique over the years to his current goal within the fitness world. This has ranged from powerlifting to arm wrestling to bodybuilding. Now, it looks as though Wheels is back to moving crazy weight with impressive dumbbell shoulder presses in the gym. In this post, we detail the Larry Wheels 400-pound shoulder press PR he shared a video of.

Wheels has been working many different exercises over the last few weeks. This includes a massive deadlift workout that saw him hit one rep, 20 times, every minute. The workout began with warmup sets before Wheels loading 700 pounds on the bar. He then began and he was on a routine of hitting one rep every minute on the minute.

Last year, Wheels focused on competing in Classic Physique bodybuilding. He made his debut this year by winning the 2023 NPC Ultimate Warriors. Wheels then competed at the 2023 Amateur Olympia and took home a second place placing, missing out on his Pro Card for the time being. He continues to train at a high level and will likely look to turn pro in 2024.

For now, he is back to moving crazy weight in the gym and impressing fans with his feats of strength.
