  1. I wonder how much he can squat. Because 4 sets of 12 reps doesn’t sound very strength savvy. Id actually be impressed if he could move some heavy weight for 12 reps but I highly doubt it. Probably anywhere from 225-315 pounds.

    • Actually no im not it was a legitimate question and considering the overall mass and definition of his quads and his genetics id think he’d squat alot. But 4×12 is most certainly not a strength based program. Physique modeling is basically bodybuilding (in a way). Im guessing you haven’t head of “power building”. So I guess the real question is are you retarded or just an un-educated fuck wit when it comes to the fitness world?

    • And you don’t have to be a power lifter to squat heavy. Cross Fitters, Power Builders, Body Builders, Power Lifters, Strong Man Competitors and even your average joe gym rat has the ability to squat heavy. So yeah I think we found our answer Paul Theodosiou your retarded.
