Michal Krizo looks ready to take the stage against a strong lineup in Pittsburgh.
Men’s Open Bodybuilder Michal Krizo is entering the final weeks of his prep for the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro. He has recovered from a shoulder injury and is hitting the gym harder than ever. Just three weeks out of the competition, Krizo shared his latest physique update and he is looking massive.

Krizo was sidelined with a shoulder injury that required surgery ahead of the 2024 Olympia. The plan was for Krizo to qualify for the competition but he was forced to shut down efforts and recover. The original schedule was to appear at the EVLS Prague Pro but he pulled out of the event after learning that he needed surgery to repair his injury.
In August, it was shared that Krizo underwent successful surgery, where doctors found that he had two torn tendons for over a year. He had to take 8-12 weeks away from the gym and had his sights set on a 2025 return. Now, the calendar has turned and Krizo is working to get back into the best shape possible.

Michal Krizo Shares Insane Physique Update
The Pittsburgh Pro will feature a Men’s Open competition for the first time in history this year. The lineup features some of the top bodybuilders in the world and Krizo is looking to compete for the final prize. He has been an up-and-coming star in bodybuilding since he burst onto the scene in the IFBB Elite Pro League. He made the switch to the NPC level and was able to earn his Pro Card.
Krizo has impressed during his time as an IFBB Pro and is looking to take a big step forward.

It’s just three weeks away from the Pittsburgh Pro, and Michal Krizo feels good going into it. “I think I am in pretty good shape already at nine weeks out,” says Michal Krizo. However, he will face elite competitors like Nick Walker and Martin Fitzwater on May 10 and 11th for a chance to qualify for the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
