Nick Walker Talks Bodybuilding Camaraderie Today
In all sports, the emergence of social media created many opportunities for growth. Whether it be in careers or to gain attention, social media has done a lot of good. On the other hand, it has also caused certain problems.

Bodybuilders are open to discuss competitions before taking the stage and it is often heard by opponents. Walker believes this is a major reason why there are some hard feelings.
“Back in the early 90s, you wouldn’t hear any of this. I feel like that’s what created a lot of separation between competitors. Even if I say I’m going to beat this motherf*cker next weekend on stage, guess what? That motherf*cker just took it sensitive and now he don’t want to talk to me.
If you say you’re going to beat somebody or say you’re going to win a show, nobody likes you now.”
There is a fire that is created by words of others in many sports. This should be used as motivation but Walker believes in bodybuilding it causes more harm than good.
