Shaun Clarida is preparing for the 2025 Arnold Classic and looks insane in his latest update!
Shaun Clarida has been back-and-forth between 212 and Men’s Open in recent years. He has shown great prowess in both during competition and he hopes that will continue during the 2025 Arnold Classic. Recently, Clarida looked impressive at 190 pounds during his latest physique update.
Clarida recently went up against Chris Bumstead and Martin Fitzwater during the 2024 EVLS Prague Pro and finished third. It was a highly-anticipated competition with Bumstead making his debut in Men’s Open against some of the world’s best across all divisions.

Clarida has won an Open show in the past. He was victorious during the 2021 Legion Sports Fest Pro and this added a second qualification to the Olympia the following year. Ultimately, Clarida decided to remain in 212 and fight to regain his title in the division. After hitting Open once again, Clarida clarified that he will remain in Men’s 212 but plans to compete in multiple Open shows during the year.
Shaun Clarida’s Recent Physique Update
On Friday afternoon, Shaun Clarida shared his latest prep update six weeks out of the Arnold Classic. Clarida will take the stage against elite competitors in Men’s Open.

Reigning Olympia champion Samson Dauda headlines the event in Men’s Open. He vowed to appear on stage in Columbus and will be tested against the likes of former champions Derek Lunsford and Brandon Curry. Other big names include William Bonac and Andrew Jacked.
