Tren Twins & Hany Rambod Chest Workout

- Pec Deck Machine
- Chest Press
- Straight-Bar Pushdowns
- Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Single-Arm Reverse Pulldowns
Pec Deck Machine
The pec deck machine was first on the list to get a pump at the very beginning. Hany Rambod explained there are two reasons to feel that mind-muscle connection early on.
“Number one, so that you really feel the chest on the motion but then also you’re going to be able to do less and feel more when you do your presses.”
Chest Press
The Tren Twins focused on the stretch during chest presses and this helps grow the muscle. Rambod urged the duo to drive the weight up to get the best pump. He also discussed that there needs to be more growth in their backs to match, and this can be done in different ways.
“It has to be manipulated into growing. You really have to finesse it. You can’t just do brute force like you can with chest.”
Straight-Bar Pulldowns
During pushdowns using the straight bar, Rambod instructed the Tren Twins to push stretch as high as possible while pushing forward on the way down. The push forward will get a better burn than pushing the weight down.
“I don’t want you to do that. Horsesh*t. A very limited motion on the tricep. I’m just trying to get you to do like a skullcrusher almost.”
Overhead Tricep Extensions
Overhead tricep extensions took on the same tone as pushdowns. Rambod coached the twins to push forward rather than out. They asked about the potential of competing for a Pro Card and Rambod believes there is some work to do.
“You have to think about how many months you have. You guys just got to build the body parts, then once all that’s built you can pick a show.”
