Hany Rambod’s Top & Most Underrated Supplements
During a Q&A, Rambod broke down some of his top supplements in bodybuilding along with naming the most underrated:
“Honestly, I think the most underrated supplement right now is ashwagandha. I’ve been using it so much more as I’ve been developing more products with KSM-66 in it.”
Rambod explained how he began using ashwagandha in order to relax at night. This supplement can aid in many ways including reducing anxiety and lowering cortisol.
“It’s become a huge, huge help, especially for relaxing in the evening. I wanted to take something to mellow me out so I ended up taking 1,200 milligrams and that 1,200 milligrams by itself, again, not only does it help testosterone but is helps you with lowering you cortisol and it helps with reducing anxiety.”
Hany Rambod was also asked about steroid alternatives. He explained how testosterone boosters cannot compare to synthetic. Natural test boosters can help get those with low levels back to normal levels.
“You cannot turn around and compare the two. The closest thing you can do is say ‘hey look, if you want to use and EVO Boost, it’s going to help elevate you to maybe if you’re below normal to mid-normal.”
