Ariel Khadr wins Fitness at the 2023 Arnold Classic!
The top two in the 2023 Arnold Classic were set during prejudging and it played out that way on stage. In the end, it was Ariel Khadr who was victorious in Columbus!
Khadr returned to the Arnold Classic and was able to successfully defend her title after winning in 2022. Jaclyn Baker was the clear-cut No. 2 in the show, followed by Michelle Freda-Mensah, who established herself during prejudging as well.
Last year, Khadr was able to take the title from Missy Truscott, who was dominating Fitness at the time. Come December, Khadr will look to do the same. Truscott returned to the top during the 2022 Olympia, with Baker finishing second and Khadr third. While she did not compete against her tonight, Khadr should feel confident heading into the 2023 Olympia.
We already got a chance to see Khadr vs. Baker during the Arnold Classic and there will be another storyline to watch when Truscott is into the mix.
