Calum Von Moger has gotten back into elite shape like he is in his 20s.

Von Moger is a three-time Mr. Universe winner who enjoyed great success during his career. He earned his Pro Card at the 2020 NPC Universe but has not competed recently. Von Moger, who is currently living in Thailand, looks the part in recent updates.
In May 2022, it was reported that Calum Von Moger jumped through a second story window while under the influence of methamphetamine. He received many injuries, including lacerations from the glass and spinal damage from the fall. He was hospitalized, received spinal surgery, and was in a coma for many days. Von Moger eventually attended rehab and got the help he felt he needed. Now, he continues to be an inspiration for others, sharing his personal journey.
Calum Von Moger’s recovery and return to training at full capacity were chronicled in the documentary feature film Calum Von Moger: Unbroken. The film collects archival footage plus newly captured footage to showcase an inside look at his recovery and journey towards becoming a Classic Physique pro bodybuilder in the IFBB.

Calum Von Moger Shares Physique Updates

Von Moger has shared different workout and posing videos to give fans a look at his present-day physique. On Wednesday, he shared throwback photos from 10 years ago, comparing to his current physique.
Calum’s Introduction to Bodybuilding
After years of training and working on his physique, Calum decided to compete in local bodybuilding shows. In 2010, he won his first bodybuilding competition. In 2011, Calum was selected to compete in the WFF Junior Mr. Universe competition. He also competed and won the NABBA Junior International championship then continued on and took first place in the Jr. Mr. Universe.
With the introduction of the Classic Physique division in the NPC and IFBB leagues in 2017, Calum Von Moger decided to start training and prepare for earning his pro card. Calum’s journey into entering the NPC/IFBB league was chronicled in Generation Iron 2.
Unfortunately, his competition prep would be temporarily put on hold. In November of 2017 and later in April 2018, Calum suffered two serious injuries preventing him from training to full capacity. His first injury was a bicep tear only to be followed later by a knee injury that incurred during climbing a cliff.

Overall, Calum Von Moger is a true example of never giving up. Coming back from multiple injuries and other hardships, Calum still pushes forward. He is showing this once again by building an elite physique at this point of his life, looking like the competitive bodybuilder that won multiple titles.
