Dexter Jackson Shows Off Bicep Peaks During Arm Day Training

Dexter Jackson looks in top form with some mountainous biceps.

2008 Olympia champion Dexter Jackson recently revealed some massive biceps during his arm day training. The bodybuilding veteran looked so good in fact that he’s sparking conversation of a possible return to action. Jackson, also known as ‘The Blade,’ performed a biceps and triceps workout routine and teased at the possibility of a return to the bodybuilding stage at Masters Olympia.

To have a long career in any sporting endeavor can be a rare occurrence. While athletes are competing longer than ever these days, some into their forties, it’s rare to see a competitor still performing into their fifties. It’s rare but not impossible. Those who do compete in their fifties usually don’t do so at the highest levels. The ones who do are usually competing in a less physically demanding sport like golf. But in strength sports like bodybuilding it’s unlikely to find an athlete still acquitting themselves well as a top contender in their fifties. 2008 Olympia champion Dexter Jackson is a prime example of that rare breed.

Competing well into his fifties Dexter Jackson has turned back the clock on numerous occasions. Not only has he been an Olympia winner in the past, he’s shared the stage and out dueled many other Olympia champions such as Brandon Curry, Jay Cutler, Phil Heath and Big Ramy. Jackson’s longevity has allowed him to become the winningest bodybuilder of all time, no easy feat.

Finally retiring at the age of 51 Dexter Jackson has cemented a legacy that few bodybuilders will ever replicate. But while he may have retired from active competition, Jackson still finds the time to lift weights and stay in great shape. He in fact is looking so impressive these days that many are speculating that the veteran may make a return to action.

Mountainous Biceps

A recent video of Dexter Jackson training arms has gotten the rumor mill churning. Some believe that he may make a run at the Masters division in the future. In his recent training, Jackson showcased some mountainous bicep peaks that even young pros would be jealous of.

While his impressive form may not be a confirmation of his return, there’s no doubt that Dexter Jackson still has what it takes to contend with even the younger generation of bodybuilders.
