Dorian Yates Shares Shredded Physique Update

Dorian Yates has been traveling and he shared a recent update, along with his current plan. He has found ways to stay active on vacations with cardio and stretching.

“When traveling, I normally will do just some cardio and stretching, just to keep the blood flowing. If a sauna is available then I’ll definitely use that too. For this trip, I did just one weight training session during the 2 weeks, it’s not something I stress about, when I’m home it’s just 2 weight sessions per week now.”
