His approach underscores the importance of longevity in a sport that can take a physical toll over time.

What’s Next: Fall 2025 Men’s Open

Emmanuel confirmed he’ll return to the stage in Fall 2025, aiming to make a statement in the Men’s Open division. While the exact show remains undisclosed, he plans to compete in multiple events annually moving forward.

“I’m taking this offseason to grow, refine weak points, and come back better than ever. When I step on stage next, I want to be undeniable.”


Boosting Natural Testosterone: It Starts with the Basics

For athletes looking to increase natural testosterone, Emmanuel keeps it simple:
