Joseph Baena shared his latest post-workout physique update where he looks shredded!
Joseph Baena has the ultimate genetics if he is interested in pursuing bodybuilding. The son of Arnold Schwarzenegger has shown a great interest in fitness over the years and has tailored his physique to his goals. Recently, Baena showed off even more progress during a shredded physique update following a push workout.
Baena has hinted at competing in bodybuilding in the future but there are no plans to this point, however that does not mean he is not training hard and crafting an incredible physique. The 27-year-old continues to build muscle while maintaining his lean physique. To help, he has worked with the likes of Robby Robinson and Mike O’Hearn in the gym.

Along with his passion in the gym, Baena has also appeared on the big screen. Like his father, Baena has dabbled in acting and has appeared in many projects. Baena also competed in the most recent season of Dancing With The Stars and shared his progress during the event.
Joseph Baena’s Push Workout
Baena went through a push workout and showed off his physique at the iconic Gold’s Gym:
- Incline Chest Press – 5 sets, 12 reps
- Dumbbell Bench Press – 4 sets, 10 reps
- Chest Flyes – 4 sets, 10 reps
- Machine Dips – 4 sets, 15 reps
- Tricep Extensions – 4 sets, 15 reps
Baena continues to sculpt his physique but is also interested in helping others achieve their goals.
Joseph Baena announced the launch of this program on social media in January. Within this program, it will allow users to track weight and reps, ensuring that they are making the right amount of progress. It is a four-week program that has a split of 4-6 days of upper body, lower body, push, pull and legs workouts.
It will be interesting to see if Joseph Baena takes the next step in bodybuilding. The calendar is preparing to turn to 2025 in just a couple months. Could this be the year that Baena decides to take the stage?
