Larry Wheels Displays Insane Strength By Deadlifting 675 Pounds With One Arm

Larry Wheels added another feat of strength to his resume.

Larry Wheels is back to lifting extremely heavy weight in the gym. The fitness star has taken on many challenges over the course of his career but seems to be back to his bread and butter. Wheels displayed his incredible strength on social media and did so with a one-arm deadlift of 675 pounds.

Wheels has been everywhere in the fitness world, including powerlifting, bodybuilding, and even arm wrestling. He became known right away for his feats of strength in the gym. In February, Wheels took on Ronnie Coleman’s legendary dumbbell press set of 12 with 200-pound weights. He also hit a massive deadlift workout that saw him hit one rep, 20 times, every minute. The workout began with warmup sets before Wheels loading 700 pounds on the bar.

Wheels had been working toward earning his Pro Card in bodybuilding. Wheels finished as the runner-up at the 2023 Amateur Olympia and came close to accomplishing this goal. Wheels had been off steroids but shared that he “relapsed” and went back on a full cycle, which prompted him to quit bodybuilding all together and pursue a healthier lifestyle.

Larry Wheels crushed a massive workout featuring 20 single sets of 700 pounds.

Larry Wheels’ Insane One-Arm Deadlift

Larry Wheels has taken his eyes off bodybuilding and is back to moving crazy weight in the gym. During the video, Wheels is seen getting into place with a lot of weight on the bar and moves it with one arm.

When Wheels shared that he was stepping away from bodybuilding, he also took his goal of deadlifting 1,000 pounds off the board. That has been a powerlifting goal of his for quite some time. He will also put this behind him because it would require him to do things he would not want to, including going back on gear and adding more meals into his diet plan.

While Wheels might not be working to deadlift 1,000 anymore, it is clear that he still wants to reach new heights in the gym. He has become known for his personal record lifts across the board and it will be interesting to see where he goes next.
