Nick Walker is happy with his current physique but expects there to be another level over the next four weeks.
Men’s Open Bodybuilder Nick Walker has remained as confident as ever leading up to his performance at the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro. There are four weeks remaining until the competition and Walker knows that is plenty of time to make even more changes. He has seen incredible improvements over the last two weeks and believes that “crazier” changes are coming over the next month.

Walker missed the 2023 Olympia as he dealt with a torn hamstring that impacted his preparation for the show. He ended up making his return during the New York Pro and was crowned champion, despite controversy surrounding the final results. He later announced that he would miss the 2024 Olympia as well. Now, he will compete in Pittsburgh with the 2025 competition on his mind.

Nick Walker Expects Crazy Changes Leading Up To Pittsburgh
It has not been easy for Nick Walker in recent years but he feels as good as ever heading into the first-ever Men’s Open competition at the Pittsburgh Pro. He spoke on how his physique could change over the next month before the show.
“I’m currently happy with the way I look. We got four weeks. It’s not a lot of time but it’s still plenty of time to make crazy amount of changes. And I’d say the amount of changes that I made in the last two, three weeks are pretty crazy. So, another four weeks, it’ probably going to be even crazier so, that’s all I got.”
Walker has been sidelined in the past with injuries but is back to full strength and training at his full potential. The Pittsburgh Pro added Men’s Open to this year’s competition for the first time and it is a loaded lineup. With Derek Lunsford now in the mix, there is a legitimate competition at the top with Walker and Martin Fitzwater. Heading into the show, Walker is as confident as ever and he shared that notion in a recent video.
“I don’t care who is in it. I know when I bring it, I bring it and I know I can win this show, I know I can beat everyone.”
