Nick Walker Shares Methods to Improve Back
Walker has shared many physique updates, giving fans a look at what to expect heading into the Olympia. When it comes to his back, Walker made a common change in training.
“When I posted the back comparison shots, you see the major difference from being in prep three months ago to now. And the only things I’ve done different is high rep and a little bit less weight.”
Nick Walker continued on to express that this change can be made by anyone — and results will come. If they don’t, you can go back to what has worked for you in the past.
“In anyone’s mind, whether you’re a coach, a student, an old man, young man, any logical motherf*cker is going to be like ‘well let me try.’ If it works, hell yeah. If it doesn’t, oh well. It didn’t hurt.”
