Nick Walker has shut it down for 2025 but plans to hit an early show next year.
Men’s Open bodybuilder Nick Walker is coming off a sixth-place finish at the 2025 Olympia. After being considered one of the favorites to win the title, Walker slid down the scorecard a bit in his first Olympia in three years. Now, he is planning for what’s next and that includes an early show in 2026. Walker joined Bro Chat to discuss his plans, which includes no late shows but plans to do an early show.

“No, no, no. I’m done for October, November, December. We’ll see. My goal is to hit an earlier show for sure.”
When asked about the Arnold Classic, he did not completely shut it down. Walker was forced to miss the 2023 Olympia after suffering a hamstring tear. He returned to the stage during the 2024 New York Pro and was victorious, punching his ticket to the biggest show of the year once again. Walker received criticism following his victory and would later announce that he decided to sit out of the Olympia once again.

Nick Walker Talks Disappointing Performance at 2025 Olympia
Nick Walker was confident in his physique leading up to the show and believed he would finish near the top. Once the competition began, Walker knew the moment where he did not feel his best.
“One of the things for me is when we’re lining up and getting ready to go up the stairs, the stairs before you hit the stage and what I always do is I start flaring out my lats like I’m getting ready to walk out. I felt nothing, I didn’t feel my skin stretch. I didn’t feel my lats f*cking move.”
Nick Walker burst onto the scene in 2021 with a victory at the New York Pro. The very same year, he was victorious at Arnold Classic. It was considered one of the most successful rookie years in the sport. He would go onto finish in the top five at the Olympia, which was held just two weeks later that year due to the pandemic. Walker has since propelled himself near the top of Men’s Open and is setting up for a successful 2026 season.
