Nick Walker shared part of his upper-body workout used to make his return.
Men’s Open Bodybuilder Nick Walker is just weeks away from his return to the stage during the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro. Walker has remained confident in his physique while making insane changes in recent weeks. He has been open about his overall prep for the show, including different workouts and diet plans. Recently, Walker shared 12 upper-body movements that he has been using to build what he hopes will be a championship physique.

Walker missed the 2023 Olympia as he dealt with a torn hamstring that impacted his preparation for the show. He ended up making his return during the New York Pro and was crowned champion, despite controversy surrounding the final results. He later announced that he would miss the 2024 Olympia as well. Now, he will compete in Pittsburgh with the 2025 competition on his mind.

Nick Walker’s 12 Upper-Body Exercises
Walker has shared different portions of his workout ahead of his appearance in Pittsburgh. This deep workout crushed his upper-body as a whole with 12 different exercises:

- Seated Chest Press Machine
- Incline Smith Machine Bench Press
- Straight-Arm Lat Pulldown
- Machine Bent-Over Row
- Seated Cable Row
- Standing Lateral Raise Machine
- Front Cable Raise
- Rope Pressdown
- Overhead Cable Extension

- Machine Chest Dip
This was a machine-only workout that Walker hit at the King of the Gains gym in New Jersey. He focused on machines that targeted his overall goals for certain muscle groups. Walker did not push his limits too far with this intense workout.

Walker has been sidelined in the past with injuries but is back to full strength and training at his full potential. The Pittsburgh Pro added Men’s Open to this year’s competition for the first time and it is a loaded lineup. With Derek Lunsford now in the mix, there is a legitimate competition at the top with Walker and Martin Fitzwater. Heading into the show, Walker is as confident as ever and he shared that notion in a recent video.
