This is a developing story surrounding Patrick Moore and the owner of a gym where he has trained.
Bodybuilder and IFBB Pro Patrick Moore was involved in a street fight with a gym owner over alleged late payments and accusations of selling steroids out of the establishment.
Moore, who is currently training for the 2025 Arnold Classic, was accused of being behind over $900 on payments to the gym and was involved in an altercation with Leader Fitness gym staff when confronted. He was eventually contacted by the gym owner and the two took part in a street fight. A video shows the fight being taken to the ground and Moore being pulled off by a third man.
Following the fight, the gym owner took to social media with accusations against Moore for his late payments and behavior toward staff.
Moore responded on social media with messages of his own from the man. He responded to this particular post saying “come on man, be real! What other gym?”
Patrick Moore Involved In Street Fight
Patrick Moore was accused of selling gear out of the gym where he trains. When the local police arrived following the fight, a picture was shared of Moore speaking to an officer and he shared it on Instagram. Moore has denied all allegations against him involving late payments and selling steroids.
Moore has a background in boxing. This was his area of training before transitioning into bodybuilding. In 2021, Patrick Moore competed in three shows. He won the 2021 California Pro before also stepping on stage during the 2021 Legion Sports Fest and 2021 Olympia, where he finished 14th. After an injury, Moore was forced to miss the 2022 season and recover.
In August 2022, Moore provided an update following his Achilles injury. He ruptured his tendon and this needed ample time to heal before any training could be done. He went through surgery in May and worked to get back to the stage.
Patrick Moore is currently preparing to take on a loaded group in Men’s Open during the Arnold Classic in six weeks. Reigning Olympia champion Samson Dauda headlines the event in Men’s Open. He vowed to appear on stage in Columbus and will be tested against the likes of former champions Derek Lunsford and Brandon Curry. Shaun Clarida will also return to Men’s Open. He recently competed in this division during the Prague Pro and finished third. Other big names include William Bonac and Andrew Jacked.
It is unknown if there will be a police investigation following the event. Moore claims that one of the men called the local police after the fight but that has also not been confirmed. There will be updates given about this event once revealed.
