  1. It’s simple as, I’m tired and don’t have energy to hit the gym after sex. It’s more of a sympathetic and parasympathetic thing on the cns and not really have anything to do with test production. Geez is that so hard?

  2. After you have sex you feel happy and relax, that is not how you want to feel when you have to squat and deadlift, you need to be in an aggressive mood ready to kill it, so sex before workout is bad idea.

Anyone who’s done serious research into the subject would know that the issue of masturbation comes from the loss in drive/motivation and aggression after a man has ejaculated his semen, not that fapping is “physically taxing”.
