William Bonac continues to prepare for the Olympia and shared his recent diet plan.

Athletes are beginning to put the finishing touches on their physiques in preparation for the 2022 Olympia. William Bonac is a dark-horse competitor in the Men’s Open division come December. Recently, he broke down his current diet plan at this point of prep.

Bonac is expected to be near the top of the score card come the biggest competition of the year. Bonac finished as the runner-up to Brandon Curry during the Arnold Classic. Many believe he brought a winning package to the stage with his usual conditioning and muscle density. Now, he is putting the finishing touches on what he os hoping will be a championship physique.

“I can’t wait for the package we will bring to the Olympia,” Bonac said.

In a recent YouTube video, Bonac shared his full day of eating during this stage of prep.

The current meal plan for William Bonac is broken down into five meals. Along with his training methods, Bonac is using this breakdown to get his physique in the perfect condition.

Meal 1

  • 250 grams rice
  • 200 grams chicken breast
  • Salad

Meal 2

  • 350 grams rice
  • 250 grams steak

Meal 3

  • 300 grams potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • Ketchup

Meal 4

  • 250 grams rice
  • 250 grams white fish

Meal 5

  • 275 grams rice
  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • Salad

Big Ramy is considered to be the favorite to win the 2022 Olympia but William Bonac has been jumping onto some radars after his performance at the Arnold Classic. The Men’s Open division is expected to be as deep as ever with the likes of Curry, Hadi Choopan, and Nick Walker also in the mix.

Bonac will look to improve upon his finish from the 2021 Olympia and is doing so with a clean diet and training methods. It is clear that Bonac is looking to bring his best package to stage, including incredible muscle mass.
