He is the current and 5x Classic Physique Olympia champion. He first took first place in 2019 when he dethroned Breon Ansley, then continued to win consecutively in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. He was also a featured star in the feature film documentary Generation Iron 3.

It is no secret that although Chris Bumstead did have what appeared to be healthy hair, he was starting to develop a widow’s peak in the front. What that means is his hairline comes out a little further in the middle of his head, and recedes a bit on the right and left, forming a widow’s peak. The two bodybuilders shared the early stages after the operation on social media after going through the first phases of the hair transplant in Turkey.

Now, Bumstead has shared a few photos since the operation that show off the after of his hair transplant. Though he wears a hat most of the time, there were a few pics that he snuck in there and we saw. What we noticed is that his hair was growing back pretty fast in the areas he had before, but in the areas that it had started to recede, his hair has still not grown back in.

It is worth noting that a hair transplant will not just magically fill your hair back overnight, it will take time, which is probably why Chris Bumstead’s hair has not grown back in those pics. Although, the last pic we saw of him without a hat and that was not a throwback was on January 16, so maybe he has some new growth, we will keep an eye out.
