King Kamali Talks Nick Walker’s Back Conditioning

Kamali praised Walker’s back and brought an incredible comparison to Branch Warren.

“The nasty grain, he’s got that Branch Warren conditioning. He’s got that Branch Warren look to his body. If he brings that graininess with the size and again, being pissed off, can be a good thing because some people actually propel themselves to the next level with anger.”

Kamali believes that Nick Walker has certain shots that could put him above the rest of the field. Compared to Hadi Choopan, Walker’s physique might be trailing but Kamali believes his back would “crush” Choopan.

“Nick Walker, he brings out, he shows the weak spots on a lot of people. From the back, I think he could crush Hadi. From the side shots, he’s matching them and beating some. It all depends. If he comes in and is with his incredible grainy, grainy look and he’s aggressive on stage, too. That’s something.”

Finally, Kamali implored Walker to take chances heading into the Olympia. If he is aggressive, he can compete for a title.

“Be aggressive up there. It makes a difference. If he’s aggressive and his all-time best and grainy, he’s got a shot. I don’t know if he could win but he’s in there.”
