The sumo deadlift highpull is a compound exercise that targets the gluteshamstringsquadriceps, erectors, armsdelts, traps, latsabs, and obliques. However, this exercise can be challenging because it combines the deadlift and the upright row. It involves the entire body, with almost every muscle group engaged simultaneously.

Larry Wheels has perfected many lifts and continues to take his performance to the next level, and wants to do it naturally.
