Nathan De Asha & Urs Kalecinski Chest Workout
The workout saw the duo hit four machines to focus on all areas of the chest:
Incline Machine Chest Press
The trip to the gym began with De Asha finding his section and picking out machines for the session. It began with incline machine chest press. They hit five sets of 8-10 reps.
“This section right here is all chest. Today, we’ll hit exercises, machines that we don’t normally use.”
Machine Chest Press
De Asha and Kalecinski continued to find new machines that they do not use on chest days. Urs spoke on bilateral movements, advocating for these over single-arm movements for muscle growth.
“Normally I would advise to you guys, if you have a good gym, pick your machines and do them week-by-week.”

Decline Chest Press
The next machine was decline chest presses to hit the lower part of the chest.
“When it’s a new machine you’ve never used before, it feels heavy. Then one, two weeks in, you can smash them away.”
Pec Deck Flye
Pec deck flye was the final machine of the day. Nathan De Asha shared that this has become his favorite movement to train chest.
“Now this is my best machine ever.”
