Phil Heath and Kai Greene have responded to each other on social media.
Phil Heath and Kai Greene were both standouts in Men’s Open during their bodybuilding careers. While competing to be the best they could be on stage, Heath and Greene developed one of the most notable rivalries in bodybuilding history. It has recently resurfaced on social media with comments back and forth.
Heath totaled seven Olympia titles over the course of his career. In 2020, he stepped on stage for the final time but has been active in the gym ever since. During the 2020 show, Heath finished third and fans have been waiting for his return ever since. His seven titles is second all-time to Ronnie Colemanand Lee Haney, who are tied at the top for eight. Many wonder if Heath would return in hopes of matching this all-time record.

There has also been rumors about Greene returning to the stage for years now. He recently sparked those rumors with a video arriving in Pittsburgh. He is a two-time Arnold Classic champ and has won other heralded shows, such as the New York Pro. Greene is considered to be one of the best bodybuilders ever to never win a Sandow Trophy.
Heath and Greene went head-to-head many times on the Olympia stage. In 2011, Greene finished third at the Olympia and would go on to be the runner-up in the next three.

Phil Heath Calls Out Kai Greene Ahead Of Arnold Classic Panel
The 2025 Arnold Classic will feature a panel of some of the biggest fitness stars taking the stage. This includes Chris Bumstead, Sam Sulek, and Greg Doucette, not to mention Arnold himself. Bodybuilding legends Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman will take the stage together for a conversation. Heath commented on the official post from Arnold Sports and mentioned Greene.
“This could’ve been US doing a panel @kaigreene 😢 but you too busy trying to threaten me back to the stage. I offered to coach you, we could have talked about this as our fans wanna see us together. We could be like Ronnie and Jay 🥹 but you’re too salty to sit with me.”
Kai Greene teased fans with a video about a potential return. There are no plans as of now but with Masters Olympia returning, this opens the door for a dream matchup of Heath and Greene once again. Greene responded to Heath online.
“We both know that I didn’t a fair shake. You know what I’AM talking about Phillip. F?!$k coach !! Anytime Phillip !!!”
“I’ll be your coach,” Heath replied.
The Masters Olympia will return in August from Tokyo after missing out o the 2024 season. It is unknown if either competitor will ever commit to a return to the bodybuilding stage but if they do, fans will be eager to see another matchup between the duo.
