Samson Dauda is not waiting until the 2025 Olympia to show his dominance on the bodybuilding stage once again. The reigning 2024 Olympia champ will take the stage during the Arnold Classic in March and has been sharing details from his prep. He recently broke down a full day of eating and gave fans a look at his physique ahead of the show.

Dauda defeated both Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan, who were the last two Olympia champions, to win this year’s title. His rides to the top has been extremely quick and he wants to keep improving moving forward. Dauda is a former Arnold Classic champ and will headline the show with Lunsford.
Samson Dauda Shares Physique Update
Samson Dauda has been hard at work to build on a championship physique just three months ago. He has been open during his prep and showing fans what his methods are. This includes a physique update last week, which is just nine weeks out of the show.

Reigning Olympia champion Samson Dauda headlines the event in Men’s Open. He vowed to appear on stage in Columbus and will be tested against the likes of former champions Derek Lunsford and Brandon Curry. Shaun Clarida will also return to Men’s Open. He recently competed in this division during the Prague Pro and finished third. Other big names include William Bonac and Andrew Jacked.
