Terrick El Guindy believes Michal Krizo has the size, muscle mass, and freak factor to become Mr. Olympia.
Michal Krizo continues to establish himself as one of the top competitors in Men’s Open bodybuilding, and Olympia judge Terrick El Guindy believes the Slovakian star has what it takes to reach the very top of the sport. In a new video on OlympiaTV, El Guindy discussed Krizo’s recent victory at the 2026 EVLS Prague Pro and predicted that he could eventually win the Mr. Olympia title.
Krizo has enjoyed a breakout season in 2026, winning two major competitions and finishing sixth at the Mr. Olympia. His latest victory in Prague also secured his qualification for the 2027 Olympia.
El Guindy believes Krizo’s combination of enormous size, impressive muscle groups, and continued improvements could eventually make him a serious threat to the sport’s biggest names.
Terrick El Guindy Believes Michal Krizo Has the Tools to Become Mr. Olympia
El Guindy praised Krizo’s ability to dominate competitors with his overwhelming size and muscularity.
“Onstage, he just overpowers everybody. You need to have guys like Samson, Nick Walker, guys that are also big to go against him,” El Guindy explained.
He pointed to Krizo’s victories at the Pittsburgh Pro and Prague Pro as evidence of his progress, along with his top-six finish at the Olympia.
“What I want to tell you is this: Michal Krizo is rising. You should not ignore the fact that he’s won two big shows, the fact that he’s dominating shows that there’s no big superstars like Samson, Derek, Nick, and Andrew Jacked, and that he belongs in the top six at the Olympia.”
El Guindy then made his boldest prediction, suggesting that Krizo could follow the same path as reigning Mr. Olympia champion Nick Walker.
“I think we can see Michal Krizo moving up, and moving up, and yes… I’m going to tell you, I think he could be Mr. Olympia.”
“He can Nick Walker everybody that has ever said that he couldn’t be Mr. Olympia. He’s big. He’s massive, huge arms, freak body parts, it looks like I’m describing Nick Walker. Michal Krizo has the tools to go all the way.”
El Guindy also referenced bodybuilding legend Dorian Yates, who overcame early doubts before becoming a six-time Mr. Olympia champion.
“If Nick Walker has done it, if Dorian Yates has done it, I do see him as well going all the way.”
Michal Krizo’s Impressive 2026 Bodybuilding Season
Krizo entered the 2026 season looking to establish himself among the elite competitors in Men’s Open bodybuilding.
He began with a runner-up finish behind Tonio Burton at the New York Pro. Although his enormous arms and overall muscularity stood out, Krizo still faced criticism regarding his posing and transitions.
He responded with improvements at the Pittsburgh Pro, defeating Burton and earning one of the biggest victories of his professional career.
Krizo then carried that momentum into the 2026 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas, where he finished sixth against the world’s best Men’s Open competitors.
While Nick Walker captured his first Sandow trophy, Krizo demonstrated that he could compete at the highest level of the division.
Rather than taking an extended break following the Olympia, Krizo returned to the stage at the 2026 EVLS Prague Pro. Competing in the Czech Republic, he defeated Pavel Beran and Josef Kveton to claim the Men’s Open championship.
The victory secured his spot at the 2027 Mr. Olympia, allowing him to focus on improving his physique ahead of next year’s competition.
Could Michal Krizo Follow Nick Walker’s Path to the Olympia Title?
El Guindy’s comparison between Krizo and Walker is particularly interesting considering how quickly the bodybuilding landscape has changed.
Walker finished sixth at the 2025 Olympia before returning in 2026 to win his first Mr. Olympia championship. His victory demonstrated how dramatically the standings can shift from one year to the next.
Krizo now finds himself in a similar position after finishing sixth at the 2026 Olympia.
Both competitors are known for their massive physiques, standout arms, and impressive muscularity. However, Krizo will still need to refine his conditioning, posing, and overall presentation to challenge athletes such as Walker, Samson Dauda, Derek Lunsford, and Andrew Jacked.
His victories in Pittsburgh and Prague have already shown that he can defeat high-level professional competitors.
With another offseason to make improvements and his 2027 Olympia qualification already secured, Krizo will have an opportunity to continue building on his successful season.
Whether he can make the same leap that Walker accomplished remains to be seen, but El Guindy believes the potential is there for Krizo to eventually become Mr. Olympia.
