Vladislava Galagan, also known as the “Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding” is a rising star in the fitness industry. As a social media influencer with a great physical appearance, Vladislava Galagan is taking the industry by storm and becoming a household name. Born in Temryuk, which is a small town in Russia, Galagan has become extremely popular for her incredible physique, yet still maintaining her feminine features.

Vladislava Galagan was born in 1997, in Temryuk, which is a small town in Russia. However, now she lives in Prague. Galagan has had quite the career so far, and is still fairly young, but has participated in several modeling ventures, fitness collaborations, and media appearances. She is someone who motivates others to be better.

Since her early childhood days, Vladislava Galagan has been an athletic individual, but she was not always a bodybuilder. Vladislava had started with gymnastics, then moved to athletics and sprinting, and has even dabbled in martial arts. When she first started running, she was not the fastest and faced ridicule from some of the competitors, but the following year Galagan beat the girl she had lost to previously, and it was then instilled in her mind that hard work paid off.

After her participation in a wide range of sports, Vladislava Galagan became intrigued by bodybuilding. She first took interest in the beauty of the human body when she was on the phone with her ex-boyfriend and scrolling through some of the fitness models on the internet. It was then that Galagan knew what she wanted to do with her life, and she started to build her body.

Vladislava actually applied to the AAU, but had to quit after the first semester due to her studies taking away from her dream of bodybuilding. Not much is known about her family, including her parents or siblings. However, she stays focused on bodybuilding and fitness, which has gotten her this far, and she is only going further. In 2018, she even participated in bodybuilding competitions due to her incredible muscle mass and conditioning, and now she has crafted an entire lifestyle out of her ripped physique. 

She also offers coaching services right on her website to help others with diet and training routines. The prices range greatly, and the services provided with each plan are very different.

Vladislava Galagan stands at 5’9” tall (which is considered tall for a woman) and weighs anywhere from 175 lbs, up to 185 lbs (which is considered heavy for a female). These physical attributes are part of what contributes to her success as a bodybuilder and model, as she has crafted a great physique with muscle mass that really stands out, yet she keeps her feminine features. It is also worth noting that Galagan truly has a good frame to put muscle on.

She actually has been accused of photoshop on several occasions because people cannot fathom that she looks the way she does. However, Galagan claims that she has never photoshopped pictures and that her physique is a direct result of the hard work and dedication in the gym and to her diet.

In order to craft the physique that she has, Galagan uses a variety of different exercises, and a combination of cardio workouts, HIIT, and your standard strength training. The training of Vladislava Galagan is unique. She hits each muscle group just about twice a week, following a push/pull/legs workout split. For each muscle group she has a heavy day and a light day, and she also incorporates a lot of abdominal work on certain days.

Now when it comes to crafting an amazing physique, training is only part of the formula to do so. Diet plays a very large role in putting on muscle mass and maintaining lower levels of body fat, and Vladislava knows that, and that is the reason she follows a strict diet year round. Vladislava prioritizes getting in a good amount of macronutrients, really focusing on lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. She eats around four meals a day, with her main protein sources coming from: 

  • Beef
  • Chicken
  • Fish

When it comes down to choosing where she gets her foods from, Vladislava tries to stay away from processed foods and instead focuses on consuming whole foods. She also emphasizes staying hydrated all day, as hydration is a key component of overall health.

Yes, Vladislava Galagan has an OnlyFans account, and it has greatly helped out with bringing in an extra stream of income. As of last year, Galagan’s OnlyFans was earning her over $10,000 a month, which is crazy to think! However, though she has an OnlyFans, Galagan does not do anything X-rated but did say that she has gotten some strange requests. Galagan claims that people like arm wrestling videos and that she gets many requests for those, which is somewhat similar to Sally McNeil, the female bodybuilder who would wrestle men (by request) as a side hustle. 

Anyway, Vladislava has perfected the image of being muscular with a good face, and she has combined it with a little bit of erotic, and it works for her.

Is Vladislava Galagan Natural?

No, Vladislava Galagan is not natural. She is fairly open about her usage of performance enhancing drugs, even discussing it with Larry Wheels when they were working out shoulders together. However, she is not on the substances year round and does take time off to allow her body to reset, but when she is on cycle, her body soaks them up like a sponge.

Galagan has also stated that she received bad advice on a cycle once, and she had lost a good amount of hair. Unfortunately, hair loss is a common side effect of anabolic steroids, especially if you are genetically predisposed to the gene, which is why you see some bodybuilders receiving hair transplants.

It is also worth noting that although Vladislava Galagan is on steroids, her physique does not appear “over the top” in the eyes of many. What we mean is that her physique is not on the level of the Ms. Olympia competitors, as she does not have many of the visual effects of anabolics besides a decent amount of muscle mass, which perhaps makes her “more appealing” in the eyes of many.
