The Arnold Classic champ Wesley Vissers is working to bring his best to the Olympia stage.

Wesley Vissers has inserted himself into contention for the 2024 Classic Physique Olympia title, a stacked division in the world of bodybuilding. He continues to prepare for the biggest show of the year and shared his five-meal day of eating that contains 3,839 calories.

Vissers has not won a Mr. Olympia contest yet, he still competes and holds his own against some of the greats like Chris Bumstead and Ramon Dino, even taking down Ramon at the 2024 Arnold Classic. Vissers’ physique is something that is truly extraordinary, as he has crafted a truly classic look that many strive to replicate, with great proportions, immense muscle mass, and amazing conditioning.

Vissers shared a video to his YouTube page breaking down his diet plan and discussing habits that he found works for him.

Wesley Vissers’ Full Day Of Eating

Let’s take a look at what Wesley Vissers eats in a day to achieve the physique that he has.

Meal 1

Wesley Vissers begins the day with a large breakfast that cuts down on carbs. He has incorporated volume when eating while also focusing on gut health.

  • 105g rice flour
  • 30g powdered egg whites
  • 10g dark chocolate
  • 400g fruit
  • 10g creatine
  • 65g Whey protein
  • 6g Designer Flavor powder
  • 10g psyllium husk
  • Cinnamon

“One hack I like to use during the prep because the difference between the offseason and the prep is, the amount of calories and the amount of carbohydrates. And the volume with less carbohydrates goes down but to kind of mimic the volume of the offseason.”

Meal 2

Vissers hits the gym after this meal. He puts together a pre-workout shake made up of 25 grams of Crank, 25 grams of Crank Pump Pro, and Aminos EAAs.

Following the gym, Vissers eats a similar meal to his first of the day.

  • 140g rice flour
  • 30g powdered egg whites
  • 10g dark chocolate
  • 400g fruit
  • 10g creatine
  • 65g Whey protein
  • 10g psyllium husk
  • Casein protein pudding
  • Cinnamon

“The only change I make here is just a bit more casein protein, instead of Designer Whey to slow down the absorption and to keep the muscle protein synthesis high.”

Meal 3

The third meal of the day contains seafood for Vissers. He discussed how he incorporates seafood at this point of prep before adding chicken as the show gets closer. Vissers also takes Omega 3 and Magnesium with every meal. Omega-3 is good for someone who does not necessarily enjoy seafood or other types of fish.

  • 225g shrimp
  • 100g zucchini
  • 50g carrots
  • 100g eggplant
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 150g cucumbers
  • White fish w/ ESN low-calorie sauce

“White fish for the shreds. White fish contains very little fat, digests easily, contains all the protein.”

Meal 4

Wesley Vissers throws tilapia into his fourth meal of the day.

  • 200g tilapia
  • 100g zucchini
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g eggplant
  • 150g cucumbers
  • 30g ESN sauce

  • 200g salmon
  • 200g tilapia
  • 50g zucchini
  • 50g carrots
  • 50g eggplant
  • 100g asparagus
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1 pear
  • 2 apples

“Healthy food, healthy vegetables. Fruits, fibers, micronutrients. All of the boring stuff a lot of bodybuilders don’t like to talk about, I like to ingest all of that to become the best version.”

Wesley Vissers Eating Wrap Up

Overall, Wesley Vissers is someone who really is making a name for himself in the fitness industry, giving some of the top competitors a run for their money. Do you think he will take home the Olympia title this year?
