Wesley Vissers wins Classic Physique at the 2024 Arnold Classic!
The finals of the 2024 Arnold Classic began on Friday night and the Classic Physique was able to crown this year’s champion. Wesley Vissers emerged as a threat to the title during prejudging and the judges agreed. During the finals, Vissers was able to top Ramon Rocha Queiroz and win the 2024 Arnold Classic title.
Ramon Dino entered as the favorite entering the weekend. He has finished as the runner-up to Chris Bumstead in each of the last two Mr. Olympia competitions. He was victorious on the Arnold stage in 2023 as well. Urs Kalecinski has been a top three competitor in Classic Physique and was able to push Ramon Dino to the brink on Friday night.
The Classic Physique division remains loaded and that includes the likes of Breon Ansley, former Olympia champion.
During prejudging, Wesley Vissers impressed and was able to insert himself into contention for the title. In the end, it looked like a battle between Ramon Dino and Vissers. That was the case as Queiroz finished second to Vissers.
