Bagby was an athletic kid from childhood and had a passion for playing soccer and cheerleading. Her father coached her and her brothers in soccer, and she was always ready for a challenge.
Joining Cheerleading

She was broken, and it took a devastating blow to her confidence. Bagby couldn’t do what she loved; instead, she was bedridden for so many months. During her recovery, she stumbled upon CrossFit calisthenic athletes. She was so captivated by it that she decided that if she ever walked again, that would be what she would pursue.
“I saw videos of people online doing CrossFit, and calisthenics, and all these fun kind of workouts, and I told myself if I was ever able to walk again that I’d be determined to live it everyday, and just learn new things everyday.”
